Marvel trampar gasen i botten just nu. Snart kommer storfilmen Avengers: Age of Ultron, men redan nu i januari har minitv-serien Agent Carter premiär. Den handlar om agenten Peggy Carter (spelad av Haley Atwell) som vi fick stifta bekantskap med i första Captain America-filmen.Serien utspelar sig naturligtvis åren efter andra världskriget och, förmodar jag, handlar om hur spionorganisationen Shield skapades.
Det har redan skett några kopplingar mellan serien och tvserien Agents of Shield, bland annat om en mystisk artefakt som just nu bokstavligt talat har fått marken att skaka i Shield-serien.
Även Tony Starks far kommer att medverka och vi kommer förmodligen se gästspel från skådespelare från Captain America-filmen.
En lite rolig grej jag kommer att titta lite extra på är när Shield får sitt namn och förkortning. I första Iron-man-filmen gjorde man ju en liten komisk tvist av namnet då Agent Coulson introducerades.
Han presenterade sig som en agent från Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division som inte sade någonting just då. Men senare i filmen verkar det som man först då uppfunnit förkortningen Shield. Ska bli roligt att se om man följer den här logiken eller om Shield-namnet dyker upp redan i prequel-serien.
Under våren kommer också Netflix-serien Daredevil som känns mycket intressant. Även denna kommer att utspela sig i MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) men mer på gatunivå.
Det finns mycket att se fram emot, för att inte tala om andra säsongsdelen av Walking dead i början av februari.

Marvel stepping on the gas right now. Soon the blockbuster The Avengers: Age of Ultron will premiere, but already in January the miniseries Agent Carter premiere. It is about agent Peggy Carter (played by Haley Atwell) who we got acquainted with in the first Captain America movie.The series takes place during the years after World War II and, I suppose, is about how spy organization Shield was created.
There has already been some connections between the series and the series Agents of Shield, a mysterious artifact that right now literally has got ground to shake in the Shield series.
Tony Stark's father will participate and we will probably see guest appearances from other actors from the Captain America movie.
A little fun thing I'll be looking a little extra on is when Shield gets its name or abbreviation. In the first Iron Man movie they made a small comic twist of the name as Agent Coulson was introduced.
